Jenna Magaña
Attorney
Jenna Magaña is dedicated to providing affordable legal representation to those in Denton County and surrounding counties. She joined Magaña & Van Dyke, formerly Marsala Law Group, in January 2015 and became a partner at the firm in 2022. Jenna has been representing clients in both criminal defense cases and family law matters for over 13 years. She is committed to guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Jenna received her undergraduate education at the University of North Texas where she earned a B.A. in History with a minor in psychology. Jenna earned her Juris Doctor at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law. During law school, Jenna was an Associate Managing Editor for SMU's International Law Review. She also participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, a program in which student attorneys represent low-income clients charged with misdemeanor offenses in Dallas County.
Jenna was born and raised in Denton and is a graduate of Billy Ryan High School. She is passionate about helping those in her hometown. Jenna lives in Denton with her husband and high school sweetheart Erik and their cat Mina.
